Yoga is an ancient practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to improve flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. At Titan Fitness Club, our yoga classes are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.
Flexibility and mobility training is often the most overlooked aspect of fitness, yet it's one of the most important. Improving your range of motion allows you to move better, perform exercises more effectively, recover faster, and significantly reduce the risk of injury. A flexible, mobile body is a resilient body.
Regular practice gradually increases range of motion across all joints.
Reduces stress, anxiety and improves focus and mindfulness.
Improves proprioception and coordination through balance-focused poses.
Increases tissue pliability and reduces risk of strains and pulls.
Static stretching involves holding a stretch position for a period of time to lengthen muscle fibers and improve flexibility. It's most effective when performed after a workout when muscles are warm, and is a key component of injury prevention and recovery.
Always warm up before stretching. Hold each stretch for 30–60 seconds without bouncing. Breathe deeply throughout. Stretch to the point of mild discomfort, never pain. Consistency is key — daily stretching yields the best results over time.
Mobility goes beyond flexibility — it's the ability to actively move a joint through its full range of motion with control. Good mobility is essential for performing compound movements with proper form and reducing injury risk in both training and daily life.
Flexibility is the passive range of motion of a muscle. Mobility is the active, controlled range of motion of a joint. Both are important, but mobility training develops the neuromuscular control needed to use your range of motion safely and powerfully in movement.
Improve hip joint mobility and reduce lower back tension.
Unlock upper back mobility for better posture and shoulder health.
Improve squat depth and running mechanics with ankle drills.
